I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first-time home buying experience. Maireen Morales was amazing from start to finish. She spent hours and hours with me driving all over to look at houses, even when some of them were pretty far out. Two deals ended up falling through because of issues on the sellers’ end, but she never gave up on helping me find the right place. She stayed super patient and committed the whole time. When we finally found *the one*, she helped negotiate to get it in my price range, worked through some bumps with needed repairs, and even came with me to close on Christmas Eve just so I could move in by my deadline. That’s real dedication. I feel really lucky to have had her in my corner for such a big step, she made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected.

I worked with Maireen Morales to purchase my second home and she did an amazing job! she listened to what our wants and needs were and came through with helping us find exactly what we wanted. When it came down to putting in an offer and working with the buyer to negotiate she made sure to keep us in the entire process and thankfully were able to negotiate the buyer paying out a new septic tank for the home. I definitely recommend her to all my friends and family as she gets the job done! Thankful to have her as our realtor.

I'm going to give this company 5 stars, and if I could give more, I would. And it's all thanks to Maria Rojas. I've been trying to buy a house for the past two months, but I haven't been able to. I had closed a contract with the man who commented before me. His name is Cody Patterson. He only gave 1 star because, according to him, Maria couldn't close the deal, and the buyer said she no longer wanted to buy the house, which is me. What he doesn't say is that the day before, literally just one day before the closing, they wanted me to pay $7,000 more than the contract I had signed. The contract stated that the down payment would be $9,000. But the day before, they told me I needed $16,000 to close the deal, which, obviously, I didn't have, so I didn't buy the house. But even though I haven't been able to buy my house, Maria has been supporting me throughout the entire process and encouraging me not to give up so I can buy my future home.
